  • Pick a refund from the Name List. You can decide to pick a large refund, or one close to were you live or even a new refund. There are lots of refunds in every state of the United States to chose from.

  • Find the current address of the lost money own. With your home computer this can be a lot easier than you may think. There are many places on the internet you can search FREE for a address and phone number by searching a name.

  • Contact the lost money owner. Send a letter and followed up with a phone call to the lost money owner. Tell them you have reason to believe that they are the owners of lost money. Tell them you do not work for the people who owe them the money. That they do not have to pay to receive there money. All they need to do is send in the proper forms to the right place and receive their money in about 90 days. But do not tell them who, what or why you believe them to be the owners. If you do they can find it with out you.

  • Offer your help to help them collect the money in exchange for a fee for service. You can ask for up to 30% on a lost HUD refund or up to 50% on other kinds of lost money.

  • Guarantee payment to the owner or pay you nothing! This way the lost money owner has nothing to loss. They only pay you if they get paid first.

  • You and the Refund owner signs an agreement to pay you for your service when they get paid. This to make sure you get paid but be sure to have your lawyer look over the agreement before you use it.

  • I found a refund that was for my Dad dated in 1994. The street name was spelled wrong, so I am sure that is why he didn't get it
