The customer has the right to claim their own lost money and not have to pay a finders fee commission to anyone. But only if the money owner can find out who owes them the money and claim it. The lost money owner does not know who owes them the money. If the lost money owner did know they would of claimed the money years ago.

Service agreement

Real estate business:
In order to receive help from a professional real estate sales person the customer must sign a service agreement contract. Which says that if the home sells the customer pays the sells person a percentage of the selling price to the sales person as a sales commission.

In order to receive help from a professional lost money tracer the customer must sign a service agreement contract. Which says that if the customer receives lost money the customer will pay the tracer a percentage of the lost money amount as a finders fee.
