After receiving the signed contract mail the power of
attorney to the money owner. (Deluxe members receive a sample
forms)

After receiving the signed power of attorney back from money
owner. Mail HUD the "Tracer Found Cast Form".

HUD will mail the required forms to the refund owner. Many
tracers will give instructions on how to fill out the forms and ask that the
refund owner mails the forms to the tracer to review and forward to HUD.

HUD mails tracer the refund check.

Photo copy the refund check for the tracer's records and
mail the money to the money owner.

Collect payment from money owner.

Many tracers mail a bill with the refund check for the
finders fee.

Some tracers mail the refund check to the owner with a postal
COD charge for the finders fee amount.
