questions below. I track memberships by email address, so that I can find your
order please give me as much information that you can remember.

Most Common Reasons Password is not working.
- Free passwords do not work on Deluxe or Limited member
web pages.

Capital letters: temp-sample
<--<< must be in the top box in small case letters NO CAPES so Temp
will not work TEMP will not work.

Microsoft Internet Explorer Security
Settings - Click Start - then click control panel - then click Internet
Options - then click Security Now look to see what your setting are. If you
have it set HIGHER THAN MEDIUM you will not to able to open any password
protected web page.

AOL Internet Security Settings may keep you out. On your
aol window click on My
AOL. Click on Preferences. Now click on the WWW box. Now click on Security.Here you will find a slider that goes up and down. Do not set higher than
Medium. Which is one notch from the top. If this is set higher you will not
be able to open any web page using a password.

AOL Parental controls. If your account is set for
someone hunger than 18 you may
not be able to use password protected web pages.

Using Password Instructions.
Do not use LARGE CAPS or copy and past into the
password window.
If you use NEw-99 or NEW-99 or New-99 your Password will not work. You WILL
TAKEN TO A ERROR 401 PAGE. Telling you that your password is no good.

No Password Window Opens
Check your Internet Security settings. If you setting are set to safe
you will not be able to go to any password protected web page.
